Michelle leads MWW’s Insights & Analytics practice that provides strategic thought leadership to the agency and its clients based on a deep understanding of stakeholders, brands, and their interactions with communication channels. She has 25 years of research experience working across a broad spectrum of audience segments and brand categories. Her expertise includes proprietary and secondary research, measurement and evaluation, and strategic planning. Her team spearheaded the development of MWW’s proprietary analytics platform MPACT, and “CorpSumer” thought leadership studies. Her client work includes Consumer Reports, YETI, CSL Behring, PPTA, Tyson Foods, Red Lobster, among others. Previously, she worked for the Center for Families, Children and the Court, assisting with the development of statewide unified reporting systems and multi-method program evaluations to ensure services met the diverse needs of children, parents, and families across demographic segments.
