Jessica Torres-Soto

Jessica Torres-Soto is a passionate People, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion practitioner and champion for change.  Recently the SVP, Head of People at Civic Entertainment Group, a Seacrest Global company.  Jessica has built a newly created People and Culture experience at this marketing/communications company.  Having spent 20+ years in the Communications industry, she has been an advocate for challenging best practices but also being a champion for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging at Civic, IPG and for the Advertising/Marketing industry.  Her specialization is in the areas of Talent Management, Development and building Culture, Equity, and Inclusion.  Past roles included leading Human Resources and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion roles at IPG Mediabrands, Initiative, Reprise Media, Insights, Orion, and MFI. Externally, she is involved with the 4A’s Diversity Steering Committee, We All Rise Together, and the Talent Equity Alliance to name a few. Jessica was recently named 2021 “DEI CHAMPION” by the National Diversity Council.  What she is most proud of is her 20+ year relationship with her husband and raising two beautiful young adult children who are currently blazing their own trails.
