Steve Sandberg

In his more than 20-year career in communications and journalism, Steve has been on the front lines of some of the biggest stories: the 9/11 terrorist attacks, the “Miracle on the Hudson,” Superstorm Sandy, and a global pandemic. He has advised high-level officials, worked with leading experts, witnessed political triumph and personal suffering, and elevated stories of hope and achievement. Prior to MWW, Steve served in senior communications roles and as chief spokesperson for U.S. Senator Bob Menendez of New Jersey, chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, where he developed and executed strategic multimedia communications plans to drive public policy and elevate key issues; led crisis communications and rapid-response efforts; and served as communications director during a successful re-election campaign. Formerly Chief spokesperson for U.S. Senator Bob Menendez, Steve has more than two decades of expertise in multi-tiered communications. His primary focus is executing strategies that drive public policy and elevate key issues.
