In 2009 and 2010, MWW Group was named Strategic Public Relations Agency of the Year by The Holmes Report, a Top Place to Work in PR by PR News and CEO Michael Kempner was inducted into the PR News PR Hall of Fame and named PR Executive of the Year by the American Business Awards. Our standout media relations work on behalf of IKEA was awarded PR Week's Promotional Event of the Year; the campaign was also awarded a PR News Platinum PR Award in the Media Relations category; and a Mercury Award for best Publicity: Media Exposure. In addition, in 2008, our Financial Relations Board division was awarded a Silver Anvil, public relations’ highest honor, in the Investor Relations category on behalf of its work for Respironics.
